Why Should I Adopt a Parrot?

On average, a companion bird will have seven different homes in its lifetime. They are all waiting for human companions with BIG hearts to give them a home where they will find security and a sense of belonging.

We recommend that you seek the advice of an avian veterinarian if your bird becomes ill or you have any questions in the care of your bird. Your avian veterinarian must be a member in good standing with The Association of Avian Veterinarians. If your veterinarian clinic does not specialize in avian medicine, what percentage is avian-related? Are they vet board certified?

If the bird exhibits an undesirable behaviour, what action would you take?

What circumstances would cause you to return the bird?

What arrangements have been made for times when you may be away for vacation or business so the parrot continues to receive proper care? Does this person have parrot experience or knowledge?
