It’s that time of year again! Greyhaven is once more holding our annual DeVry Poinsettia fundraiser. Please help us make this another great fundraiser for our flock. You will notice that there is an increase in the price this year. Unfortunately, this was necessary as we needed to add PST to your total order. In previous years Greyhaven has paid the tax to keep the price down but regrettably the profit margin has become so low that we can no longer continue to do that.

Payment must be received when you pick up your order. Payment by cheque should be made out to Greyhaven Exotic Bird Sanctuary or you can pay by cash (exact amount preferred). We have also included e-transfer as a form of payment. You will need to know the following if using e-transfer to include it in your notification email:

Note that there are only 3 forms of payment available: cash, cheque and e-transfer. PayPal is not available for this fundraiser.

Date of Plant Pick-up:    Saturday November 28, 2020

 Location:                        504 – 114 East Windsor Road, North Vancouver. B.C.

 Pick-up time:                  Between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm 

If you have your friends placing their orders directly through the link above, they need to put your name as the contact. You will be notified about all the orders and it will be your responsibility to collect the money. Someone will also need to come and pick up the plants because we are unable to arrange for delivery.
Please make every effort to pick up your plants on time. If due to unforeseen circumstances, you are going to be late give me a call at (604) 314-4311 so we can make alternate arrangements. Only one car in the driveway at a time please while we load the plants. When picking up, kindly remain in your car and do not block the driveway (this is a condo complex and we do not want to bother the occupants). You can text me at the same number to let me know that you are here (Please make sure to provide your name). The plants will be brought out to you and loaded into your car.
