About This Bird
Bungee is a shy but sweet female Sulphur Crested Cockatoo. She seems to prefer men, but is gentle with women as well. Bungee can be timid with new people and shy away from them, but warms up over time. Bungee likes to swing inside down as if bungee jumping, hence her name! Bungee will also fly to a person she is comfortable with rather than sitting on a perch. She is also an avid chewer! She loves her toys made of hard wood, and will turn them into toothpicks in no time. If you need a constant supply of kindling, she is up for the job! Bungee doe shave some cardiovascular health problems, so she needs to limit her activity and go to a home knowledgable about modified caring for parrots that need medication
