Casper is a young female Indian ringneck. Casper spent a lot of time with her former dad, so it would be nice to have Casper go into a new home with a man that has time to give this little one. Casper has chosen not to bite, but will if she thinks she is hard done by. If Casper likes you she will sit on a shoulder and show affection.
