About This Bird
Snowflake is an 18 year old female Umbrella Cockatoo. She is an absolute doll – gentle and affectionate but also goofy and an occasional dancer. Snowflake startles easily so would be best in a quieter home with no young children or dogs. She can be timid, and takes patience and time to warm up to new people. Once she warms up to you she will eagerly come forward for head scratches or cuddles. She likes to sit on top of her cage, watching whatever is going on. We think she is just waiting for her own loving human to fully trust.
