Made entirely of renewable bamboo!
One of the characteristics of bamboo is that it is moisture resistant, therefore it provides excellent insulation for the birds. These birdhouses are eco-friendly: bamboo grows up to 24″ a day making it one of the most renewable source of raw material. This is a biodegradable product and will last 4-5 years, will decomposed with in few months when put in a landfill.
The 1.5″ entrance hole is ideal for small songbirds such as bluebirds, wrens, chickadees, titmice and nuthatches. The birdhouses have excellent ventilation and come with drainage holes. The interior has inside steps to facilitate fledglings to step out when ready to leave the nest. Easy cleaning by removing two screws. Includes a galvanized hanging cable.
