Two, one hour personal training sessions
What Your Training Sessions Will Consist Of
The first 1 hour session will consist of a weigh in to determine your:
Weight
Body Fat Percentage
Muscle Mass
Body Water
Measurements (if you so desire)
Typically, we will discuss what your fitness goals may be as well as diet and what we can do to have you accomplish these goals. The first part of this consultation will last approximately ½ hour.
The second ½ hour of the initial session will be an introductory workout.
The second 1 hour session will again consist of weight and resistance training as well as cardio aspects. If you choose to we can also do an introduction to Boxing or Kickboxing which are extremely difficult yet rewarding workouts. Many people enjoy boxing and kickboxing sessions because of the strenuous aspects but also because of the satisfaction of learning a new and exciting skill.
Who can use these training sessions?
The ultimate goal of this offer is to find people who are interested in making a change in their bodies and consequently in their lives, whether this change is subtle or significant. When you challenge your body and mind the benefits are everlasting. I am confident that by training with me these changes will happen.
