About This Bird
Cyan is a beautiful Blue and Gold Macaw who was rescued from the World Parrot Refuge in 2016. She is initially quite a shy bird, but offer her a snack and you’ll be friends in no time! She is inquisitive, intelligent, gentle, and who can resist that goofy face of hers? You can usually find Cyan either flying around in search of somebody who has treats, chewing on pinecones, sitting on her swing, or quietly observing the daily shelter activities. For someone who has the compassion and patience to help her learn to trust and draw out her true personality she will be the perfect companion.
