About This Bird
Bolo is a male Sulphur Crested Cockatoo. We know very little about him as he was rescued by a caring woman who could not keep him. We do know he is a lovely sweet bird who is accepting of both men and women. He has a wing that was at some point in his life, shattered. It doesn’t function but it doesn’t seem to slow him down.
Bolo has a habit of attacking feet, we are working with him using positive reinforcement and conditioning to reduce his interest in feet and his new family will have to be committed to continuing with this behavior modification.
